Collaborating with developers to ensure technical feasibility and high-quality execution
Using product data and behavioral insights to inform design decisions
The Challenge
The main challenge was designing payment experiences that balanced:
Cryptocurrency and fiat currency flows
Complex financial operations and constraints
Clear and intuitive user interactions
Business, technical, and regulatory requirements
The product needed to scale while remaining trustworthy and easy to use for users handling sensitive financial transactions.
Process
The design process emphasized continuous iteration and close collaboration with technical and business teams.
Key activities included:
Defining and refining user flows for crypto and currency payment operations
Designing scalable UI systems and components for complex financial interactions
Iterating designs based on stakeholder feedback and technical constraints
Collaborating closely with developers during implementation
Reviewing and improving flows as the product evolved
The approach prioritized practicality and adaptability while maintaining strong UX foundations.
Data & Inisghts
Product decisions were informed using behavioral analytics tools such as Lucky Orange and internal performance data.
These insights helped:
Identify high-usage areas across crypto and currency transaction flows
Understand how users interacted with key financial features
Detect friction points in critical payment journeys
Inform UX and CRO improvements over time
This supported data-informed design decisions without relying on formal usability testing.
